Since everyone was dressed up for Easter, we thought it might be a good time to get some sibling and family pictures. This is always a challenge to say the least. Here are some attempts:

Happy Easter!
We had a wonderful day Easter Sunday celebrating the Resurrection of our Savior! We started the day with a mini-Easter egg hunt at our house, followed by an early morning sugar high. Then, we enjoyed a wonderful church service and ended the day for an egg hunt and dinner at Mimi and Pappy's house.

Easter Eggs!
On Good Friday we enjoyed some family time dying Easter Eggs. Addie was very excited about "decorating eggs" and took it quite seriously.
3rd Birthday Party!
Addie celebrated her 3rd birthday with a few of her buddies back in March. She requested a Dora party. Here are a few pictures from her special day...

15 Months Old!
It's hard to believe, but our Big Man is 15 months old already! He went to the doctor last week for his 15 month check and here are his most current stats and some fun facts about our Lukie:
- Length: 31.6 inches; 66th Percentile (slimming down now that he's racing around)
- He has just taken an interest in climbing on EVERYTHING (stairs, chairs, people)
- He loves music and is quite the dancer
- He is a tinkerer...always figuring out how things work, taking them apart, and examining
- His vocabulary is increasing and now includes Mama, Daddy, Addie, ball, uh-oh, and dog
- He adores his big sister and is interested in everything that she is doing
- He is always on the move
- He's recently developed a cowlick which makes his hair in the back stick straight up

Happy Birthday Addie Faith!
I can hardly believe it, but our little girl turned 3 yesterday! She's definitely not a baby anymore, that's for sure. Here are some fun facts about our 3 year old little lady:
- She is a chatterbox, basically talking all day long. She also likes to make sure that you are hanging on her every word, by repeating herself until you acknowledge EVERYTHING that she's said.
- She is a constant ball of energy.
- Her favorite color is pink.
- She loves to sing and dance.
- When she dances or plays any kind of musical instrument she closes her eyes and sways from side to side, so we affectionately call her "Ray".
- Her favorite restaurant is Moe's.
- She loves Dora and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
- She has a memory like an elephant...I am constantly amazed at the little details she remembers.
- She LOVES her Daddy and tells everyone that she's Daddy's girl.
- She has strong opinions and isn't afraid to tell you what she wants.
- She loves her little brother and always wants to know where he is and what he's doing.
- Although she had a traumatic start, she is a daily reminder of God's goodness.
- We love her to pieces!

Back to Blogging!
It's been nearly a month since my last blog post. I wish that I could say that my lack of blogging was because we've been so busy that I just haven't had the time. On the contrary, we've spent the majority of the last month in the house. Between snow and sickness we have gone days at a time without leaving the house. I can confidently say that the Fishers are ready for Spring!
So...although there is little to report, here is a little month in review:

We got A LOT of snow

We watched the snow plow outside the window

We built a snowman

We started to sleep in a big girl bed

We made important phone calls

We got ice

And more ice

We got colds and lounged in our pjs.

We got bored and put band-aids on the dog

We played Angry Birds

and snuggled.

In one week, we got RSV

AND bronchiolitis

AND an ear infection

But despite 4 trips to the doctor, we remained smiley and cute.
We celebrated Valentine's Day

And just last week, we enjoyed our first taste of Spring!
