Favorite Time of Day

Addie and Luke have recently started to have their fair share of sibling disagreements. We have discussions about being kind, loving our brothers and sisters, and sharing multiple times a day. However, every night after their bath these two snuggle up together with a snack for a little down time before bed. It melts my heart every single time.

Lately I've been feeling like the kids have just been growing and maturing so quickly. Although some days I feel like bedtime will never come, time with little ones really does fly by! Here are some recent pictures of each of our cuties.

Preschool Celebration of Spring

Addie's preschool class had a "Celebration of Spring" back in April. Parents and family members were invited for a performance, art show, and refreshments. It was very cute and Addie did a great job!

Touch a Truck

Last month we went to a yearly event called "Touch a Truck".  Trucks, cars, tractors, etc.  all filled a parking lot at a local park and the kids could climb in, on, and around every vehicle.  It was easily one of the highlights of Luke's 2 and a half years on this earth.  We already can't wait for next year!

Sibling Shots

So I am obviously way behind on blogging!  Now that preschool and some of our other commitments are on hiatus for the summer, I'm hoping to have some time to blog more about our sweet little family.  I feel like we're fully into our groove now as a family of 5.  It's hard to believe that Campbell is almost 4 months old, but it's also hard to remember life without her.  I'm so thankful that Addie and Luke love their baby sister to pieces.  Here are a few attempts of shots of all 3 kiddos from the past few months...some are good and some are just amusing!

6 weeks old

Campbell will be 6 weeks old tomorrow. She is starting to be awake a little more during the day and is also starting to sleep longer at night. She went to the doctor for a one month well visit a few weeks ago and weighed 11 lbs 4 oz and measured 23 inches. She was also diagnosed with reflux and since she started her medicine we've noticed a much happier and less fussy little girl. We love this sweet girl so much and are so thankful for her!

Spring is Here!

Spring temperatures arrived early this year and we've been loving spending time outside. We've been doing lots of drawing with chalk, picking flowers, playing with trucks, and running around. The forecast for this coming week shows much cooler temperatures, but we're hoping Spring will be here to stay sometime very soon.

New Princess Bike

Addie got a new two-wheeler with training wheels for her birthday. It is pink with a Disney Princess theme and she has a matching princess helmet. We've been enjoying lots of warm weather lately so Addie has been a bike riding machine!

Happy 4th Birthday Addie!

It's hard to believe that our sweet Addie turned 4 this month! She had a great birthday that included dinner at Moe's (her choice), cupcakes with pink frosting, and a new princess bike. She also celebrated her special week at preschool. For her special week she made a "God Made Me Special" book which she shared with the class, brought in a special snack, had Mommy come to read her favorite story, and got to be line leader all week. All in all, a great birthday.

Snow!

We had a very mild winter in PA this year. We actually got our biggest snowfall right before Halloween. We did get a few inches in January and February and Daddy and the kids took advantage of the time to play outside.

Campbell Grace

We welcomed Campbell Grace into this world on February 13, 2012 at 12:21 pm. She was a big girl, weighing 9 pounds 12 ounces and measuring 22 inches! It's hard to believe that we've been a family of 5 for almost 6 weeks now, but it's also hard to remember life without her. Here are some pictures from her big debut.
