So Silly!

Luke and Addie are really beginning to interact more and enjoy each others' company. Luke thinks that Addie is HILARIOUS! It has been so sweet to watch them together and listen to them giggling at one another. I can't wait for them to be buddies as they grow up.

We celebrated Daddy's 30th birthday on June 27th. Addie and I worked hard to make him this rainbow cake:

Addie loves any celebration that involves cake. She was very excited to sing "Happy Birthday Daddy" and to help him blow out the candles.

I cannot believe that Luke is 6 months old! Although it's hard to remember our lives without him it seems like the past 6 months since he's joined us have flown by. Here are his latest stats:

Weight: 19 lbs (75th percentile)
Length: 28 inches (92nd percentile)
Teeth: one on the bottom and another on the way (hopefully soon!)
Favorite activities: chewing on his hands, attempting to crawl, grabbing his feet, watching everything that his sister does

Pool Day!

The past few days have been hot and humid and Addie has loved hanging out in her baby pool. I'm pretty sure that she would stay in there all day long if we let her! The big pool at my parents should be swimable this weekend and I'm sure that will be a huge attraction as well. We're very excited for a swimming filled summer!
